July 2, 2023 MLB Baseball Betting Cards details:
Yesterday was quite the disaster to start July. I was due for a big loss sometime as I had been on quite the hot streak at times during June. Yesterday’s games started out in 0-6 blowouts and was salvaged by Cleveland and Arizona in the late night to recover half of the card’s bet amount. Onto Sunday July 2nd to get back on track!
Unfortunately there are a lot of games with unqualified betting criteria to the current model today. Only two games are missing lines at time of posting here and two other games were just 1-2% away from qualifying on eROI.
The Model for 8.5 is currently in a good spot and trying to stretch the criteria to include these close qualifiers would be detrimental to expected performance as the backtested games with similar criteria have proven to be massive losers this season. No accomodations will be made today to add the marginally unqualified games.
