August 23, 2023 MLB Baseball Betting Cards details:

A 3rd split day in a row. Still good for some small profit. The picks just keep grinding.
Today’s card:
- The churn level is at 46.1 games with the current 3 unit bet size game
- Still betting relatively safe as the grind to 40 units profit continues before the move up to next level in unit sizes can occur.
- The Rockies and Nats return for more action today with PIT and CIN rotating in as the card today contains 3 of the top 4 most profitable teams this season.
- The Rockies teased a victory yesterday but then the bullpen epically collapsed it in the 8th inning to make them forget they ever had a chance at winning. The Rockies fell out of season profitability with the loss yesterday, but at +235 today they can get right back in it. Their losing will stop at some point, but the model says the odds are good at such high payouts, so they’ll continue to be hammered despite how bad they are.
- On the reverse, The Nats have been hot and the Yankees have been cold, the trends can’t continue forever, but for now there’s still value to be squeezed from the Nats.

*Note I had trouble placing the RR as I normally use DK or FD, but neither had CIN game 2. After some help with a friend I discovered the advanced parlay options in B365 to place my first one in that book. Good to have as a backup book for these situations.
