August 21, 2023 MLB Baseball Betting Cards details:

No Model changes today.

A split card day yesterday with a 3-3 record. Split card’s aren’t bad as the model only bets games with sub 50% BE ML Odds, meaning each bet pays more than risked. So that’s a winning day unit wise despite the tie.

Churn/ Unit Sizes:

  • Overall profit on the season is now near 32 units.
  • The churn level is at 44 games with the current 3 unit bet size game
    • The next level up of 4 units per game needs a churn level of 35 games which is equivalent 40+ units of profit. One more big day until the bankroll can be betting big again, but there is also safety right now as the bet sizes are a bit smaller as we near the next level.

Today’s Slate:

  • 10 games on the docket today, with 3 games currently missing lines.
  • I will bet a minimum of 3 games due to the committment of 25% of the games bet each day I produce a card.
    • Currently only 1 game is qualified. I will check back late morning/early afternoon for remaining games in slates.
  • I will likely have to do STRETCH bets today to get to 3 games 4 games bet.
  • A RR will be placed once I have all games set has been placed.
